When buying a print, original work or a commissioned piece of art, the copyright to that piece stays with me, the artist. You can only use the artwork for your own personal use like home decor. You can share the piece on social media as long as you credit me, the artist.

My prints are made to order by Prodigi and can not be cancelled after the order has gone through. The products are made specifically to you based on your order. I can only cancel your order if it is not in production yet.

Please be aware that some color variation on all products can be possible from what is shown on your screen.

I will not offer a refund for a change of heart for any of my products made using print on demand. If the product you received is faulty or damaged please contact me (within 7 days of receiving your order) with pictures of the damage (the product and the packaging) and I will arrange a refund or a substitute after assessment. The total amount of refund will always be the same amount and no more than what you paid when making the order.

When buying an original painting you will receive a notice when the shipment has been made. You can cancel your purchase if the shipment is not yet made. If for some reason you wish to return an original painting (for other reasons than it being damaged) you must do it at your own cost within 14 days from receiving it in its original condition and packaging. I will refund the price of the painting after I have received and assessed its condition. I will not refund the cost of the original shipping.  Always contact me first before returning a product. All returns that were made without contacting me first will be declined.

If an original painting has been damaged in the shipping please contact me as soon as possible (within 7 days from receiving the shipment).

Please note that I am not liable for shipping delays by carriers. If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks from when it was handed over to the shipping courier please contact your local post office first. 

When ordering a commissioned artwork the first deposit is non-refundable. You can cancel your order while in production but I will charge a payment for the work already done. Once receiving your commissioned piece I will not offer a refund for a change of heart.  Before finishing the piece I will send you updates during the painting process and during the process you can request minor changes to the work that has been done.

If your order is subjected to a customs fee, you (the client) are responsible for paying those fees. I will not offer refunds for orders left at the customs. All print orders are shipped by Prodigi from their partner nearest to you. Original paintings and commissions will be sent by me using the most suitable shipping option. You can request a specific shipping company or method in advance by messaging me. Currently I am not able to ship original paintings to the USA.

All payments are made through Squarespace payments if not separately otherwise agreed. You can buy using Paypal, credit and debit cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Link by Stripe and SEPA direct debit.  All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

The prices are stated with the products on my website and can be changed without a notice. Commission work pricing is always negotiated separately with me, the artist.

I retain the right to cancel any order due to pricing error or a suspicion of fraud. I retain the right to change my pricing at any time without a separate notice.

I retain my right to refuse any order or a commission request.

I prohibit any AI training with my work and any usage of my work at any crypto/NFT platforms.
